Not for me. If I could I would give them 5 stars plus for the ordering system. Cool way to order a sandwich. But the sandwich I ordered, a roast beef with tomato, lettuce, mayo and mustard I took two bites and tossed the rest. I honestly can't tell you why - accept to say the bread was mushy not of good quality and the ingredients were substandard. I do not like giving poor reviews. Their customer service was excellent and their shakes - were as good as Johnny Rockets, Red Robin or Fuddruckers. I am not a Subway fan but always finish every bite of sandwich I order at a Subway - yet, Blimpie for some reason, I could not eat. To be fair the place was packed - and everyone else around me were happy eating the food.

Subway's? never heard of her LOL, In Need of a hero?, then look no further than Blimpie! Great customer service, reasonable price range or at least better then most places, 3 cookies for a $ 1.00, very friendly, and very helpful as well. If you find yourself near downtown or if you're visiting the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas and in need of a sub then look no further than the inside of Rivercenter Mall. It's right next to the Riverwalk and a great place to visit. The price range is very good better than most places I've been through in Texas. If you have a Pacific Way in how you like to prep your sub then feel free to let them know. Don't be afraid to ask to put your bun in the oven first so that it'll give it a good crispy crisps taste without heating up your tuna, because I like to have my tuna sandwich cold and the Buns toasted and on the other hand You might like to cook it your way... so feel free to ask how you would like to prep your sub. I went there at noon and the lady said to come back in 15 min so I came back in 15 min and they still had their sign up that said “come back in 15 min” so I just ate somewhere else. 2 hours later I passed by this same location and they still had their sign and no one was at the counter. The owner needs to know this. Employees were just hanging out in the back not taking orders.
