It was a very cold day in Providence. I walked into this place. It was nice and cozy. I ordered Tanqueray & tonic and Guinness soup. The soup was really good. And I had a nice conversation with Kim the bartender. Very friendly lady. Dine in: Yes … More
Called 2 weeks in advance to make reservations for 6 of us. When we arrived they did not have our reservation, and rather than be apologetic or try and see what they could do, the hostess and manager decided to claim we never called. Even though we could show a 5 minute phone call to their restaurant. Hostess made a sparky "have a nice night" comment as we left. So if you make a reservation be sure to call ahead and make sure they have it since their "system" is a hand written notebook.
Although service wasn’t great the place did reach out and I have to say that alone improved my experience. The hot wings are really hot!! Great egg rolls!
