Blake's Lotaburger

On 2 separate occasions, within a day apart of each other, last week I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and they put no bacon on it. The 1st time it occurred I called they replaced it the next day, correctly. The next day after that, no bacon again. I tried calling on Wednesday Thursday and Friday with no answer from the store. I understand that they have a system that takes orders for them and and when you ask to speak to someone it pushes to that company. The company that runs that system forwarded me to the location and nobody answered for 3 straight days. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally got through today to voice my concern. Won't be going back to this location again.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals got a Bun with two strips of chicken and a pickle chip not a pattie like you used to get the strips where not even a quarter inch thick. The bun and sandwiches looked like a kids meal size. Orderd medium fries and took them back and asked if this was medium size and never got an answer they shoved 4 more fries in the bag. There was no soft drinks available only tea and water. Will never go to another Blake's. Two kids size sandwiches with two medium teas and what locked like small fries cost 17.58 before tax. Suggest if you go don't get the chicken sandwiches.

Great burritos, there hamburgers are terrible. They have changed the meat vendor they buy their meat from . Many many years back they must of sold their franchise to another owner. Lotaburger went from being the best hamburgers, to the worst hamburgers ????. There meat is cheap and taste terrible. Maybe they get their meat shipped from China its horrible.
