I wanted to use a free coupon on their app for a medium soda. The cashier asked what i wanted, I said a free medium soda and showed them my coupon on the app. They asked what soda I wanted, then went to go fill it up. Well, they came back with three medium sodas. Tried explaining to them that I just wanted a free soda on the app and showed them my phone again, where it said free medium soda. They had problems putting the coupon in their system for several minutes. I've used the app at other locations and never had a problem. Anyway, finally it worked and I walked out with my free soda, but talk about an awkward experience.

This is my favorite Lotaburger! The breakfast burritos are constantly great and I love that the chili cheese dogs are back! I enjoy dining in at this location because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the lobby.
