Dined in mid afternoon timeframe. I wouldn’t say we were blown away by customer service, but they were efficient and competent. Didn’t wait long from the time we ordered to receiving our food. Order was 100% correct, large portions of food for the price. Unique twist on their biscuits which were very good. Pretty nice atmosphere inside. We will be back :)
The food was absolutely delicious! I've never tasted such a flavorful pancake before. The cornbread was crumbly and soft, the steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the French fries were delicious too, crunchy but not too crunchy. They had three hot sauces available and all tasted pretty great but the mama bear was more flavorful. The food was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be visiting again.
I have to say at first I was very excited to try this place out bc of how interesting this place looked from the outside. We came around 5pm, Fri. July 8th. Me and my husband went in and we were seated at a booth that was dirty so the hostess wiped it down and said someone will be with us. As we were waiting for someone to come and ask about drinks, four big families came in and we're seated. Other couples came in and the same thing happened... They were seated right away and the waiters came and got there drink orders and then even had time to come back and get there food order. Finally after 15 to 20 minutes later the hostess came back, apologized, and said she would get our sodas. When she came back she said sorry there was a misap someone will be with us. No one ever came!! After waiting to long we got up to leave and no one tried to fix the situation and as I looked around, it wasn't busy, they had there staff standing around,and our table was the one right in front of the door s
