Your standard chain steakhouse. I love me some bread and butter but the food overall isn’t too exciting. You can see that by the dishes. It got the job done tho, and the staff was friendly.
A very dear friend invited me to lunch today, and I am so glad she did! Everything was wonderful! Her steak was SO tender and full of flavor! My fried shrimp were perfect! Not overcooked at all, and the "breading" couldn't have been better! The baked potatoes were just right, and I think we could have shared one! Very nicely prepared! And I love a fresh salad....this was it! I will be returning to the Arrowhead location again soon.....and my husband will LOVE it!
I made a reservation online for a dinner to celebrate mine and my wife’s anniversary. There was a note section and I asked if I could get a table where there wasn’t busy foot traffic so we could have a more quiet space to enjoy our special time together and if possible get a little thing that said happy anniversary at the table to surprise my wife. When we showed up for our reserved time, we entered with no one to greet us at the door and no one attended to us until a family came in behind us. The staff (2-3 people) all started talking to the family that cane in after us and looked right past us (and walked around us to talk to them). I talked to the lady that was least involved in the conversation about our reservation and asked if they saw it online (hoping to get our request). The conversation loudly continued as we waited to seated and when we got to our table we were sat next to a loud table right next to the checkout station (very loud and busy part of the restaurant).
