BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We showed up pretty late (about 40 minutes til closing) due to a late flight, were a bigger group (5 persons) and the staff was super nice and friendly about it and throughout our visit. The service was super fast and everything was so delicious! Highly reccomend!

Well... Needless to say this place used to be decent. My wife and I were going to order food but looking at all the flies (many seen in photo) and how dirty the bar was,we decided to go elsewhere. I think the nail in the coffin was watching the bartender make drinks and sticking her hands into containers to grab the different fruit and ingredients. Then licking her fingers. That was a hard pass to order more.

Went out with family and friends expected an amazing time but instead we got bloody steak and strings in my brisket bacon burger literal plastic strings in the food. Bill Hildebrandt the manager doesn’t understand food safety codes because when we complained about the bloody steaks he wanted to put the cross contaminated steaks back on the grill the server Sims who helped us swore to us that it’s perfectly safe to take partial eaten steaks and place them on the grill. Bill the manager also agreed they’ve been doing this for years. Hello buddy it’s 2023 we’re supposed to be in a pandemic and the server Sims and manager Bill doesn’t understand health and food safety clearly enough to run and establishment feeding 100’s daily it’s sad.
