Manager told my dad to use the app and the app is difficult to use. It didn't put in my order correct, 5 meat pizza gluten free was the first. Just cheese and the other one was correct but WHO didn't cut PIZZA
BJ's lived up to what you'd expect for a chain BBQ style restaurant. The food was satisfying and the place was clean. However, the service was very misleading and disappointing. I paid double what I was expecting with their "deal of the day." Our waitress stated,"Pizzas are half off today." When, in fact, it was only the largest size. Service was also awfully slow. Overall, good food and atmosphere, terrible service.
Placed an online order, got the family meal with pasta, pizza and a salad and the food was cold... there was small plastic pieces in the pasta! The wings we ordered were dry and the dry rub wasn't even on the wings at all! Spent over $100! &was very disappointed ???? … More
