BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Party of 2 came in for dinner tonight. We were promptly seated and then the service went downhill from there. There was a longer than normal wait for our server to come over to take our drink orders, so by the time he returned with our drinks we were ready to order our appetizer and entrees (as we did not expect to see him again anytime soon). We ordered our appetizers (mozzarella sticks) and entrees (baked ziti and chicken Alfredo). The food came out quick and was brought out by friendly staff. Normally a waiter would return once the parties have their food to ask if the orders were correct, if the food was okay, etc. shortly after getting our meals I finished my drink and set it on the edge of the table so our server could see. The server was in the area multiple times waiting on other tables, but did not come over once to ask about our food. He then swiftly walked by and dropped off a new drink for me, and walked my before I could even ask for hot sauce . He walked back by to ask my

Beautiful place. The service was terrible. Took forever for a server to come to our table. Then when she asked how everything was she walked away before we could say anything. Our food clearly stayed under the warmer too long. My daughter's Mac and cheese was dried out. The wings were gross and my husband's burger was not very good. The kids mini corn dogs were good!

Popped in for lunch. I ordered the “Garlic Knots Bruschetta Bites” as my appetizer and it was quite good. Very flavorful, the bread was toasted just right and had an equal blend of parmesan cheese and tomatoes. For my main lunch, I had the Shrimp Tacos”. It was ok but something tasted a bit off. I have a feeling that the sauce was somewhat going bad. My wife had the “Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles”. She said it was very satisfying. Otherwise, the restaurant was very dark inside. Service was good.
