Pandemic protocols followed by the employees. Masks recommended for visitors as well. We sat at the bar and the service was fabulous. Our waiter, Javier, was definitely on top of things, making sure we knew when happy hour was about to end. Excellent pours on our beers. All in all, this was a great visit to BJ's.

Horrible, found a nail in my food. Filled out a report and they never even explained how the nail got there. I got half off the check but no explanation, worst experience ever. Avoid this Bj’s or Bj’s in general.

Dear Anthony Le (managing director and shareholder of BJ’s), I Came here for dinner at 8pm. Ordered right when I sat down. Waited 30 minutes for the food to come out. I did not see the waiter for over 25 minutes until I tracked him down and asked him what the orders Status was. He did not come back to inform me. I then went to your manager Jonathon Moore for some assistance. There was no apology. He tried to get the food out and When the food came out the food was all cold and they said the kitchen was struggling to make it. The chicken sandwich was rock hard like it was over fried and the calamari was completely cold. I am not a person who writes reviews but this is too much to not address.
