The fact I have to make this negative review makes me so sad because I love BJ's and their vast selection of healthy yet delicious meal options. I ordered 2 kids meal spaghetti with marinara and garlic knots. I am appreciative of the large portion because I can make 2 meals out of the 1 order, but there was not enough marinara on both orders and we were missing 1 garlic knot. I tasted the spaghetti to make sure my kids were not exaggerating...it was pretty awful. Gave 2 stars since my husband's entree was perfect. I am hoping it was just a rush hour blunder.
Great atmosphere. Delicious food. The service was fantastic. I loved that they offer gluten free options.
Went to BJ's Restaurant for the very first time tonight and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. When we were finally seated our server politely took our drink order and gave us few minutes to decide what we wanted to eat and by the time she got back with our drinks, we were ready. When the gentleman brought our pizza to the table he had said " please be careful the pan is very hot ????, it wasn't ", and then we moved the vegetables and other toppings out of the way to discover the missing part ( the sauce ), they didn't put any sauce on the pizza at all!. The other non- exciting part about the pizza ' those vegetables I had mentioned were under
