BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food was pretty decent but I am starting to think my girlfriend and I have terrible luck with eating out. The service was absolutely terrible we got our drinks and no refills. My girlfriend had to go to the bar to get some water and when we asked for a box for our queso and chips we were brought just the box and not the container for the queso. Towards the end of our meal I asked for 3 boxes and we got them. I contemplating walking out the restaurant juggling the boxes but decided to ask for a bag. Rarely got checked on. The waitress was terrible. Won’t be returning. I’m assuming it was the manager also didn’t even tell us to have a good night when we left so add that to the customer service level being sub par.

We got seated right away!! We sat at the bar with Samantha! She was attentive and gave great food and drink recommendations! You must try the lavender lemonade and Brussels!! The GM, EJ was on the floor speaking and interacting to the customers as well which made the experience even better! 5 Stars completely Satisfied! Will be back soon!!!
