I never complain about anything, ever! But my boyfriend and I had the worst experience of my life at this BJ’s. We were seated as soon as we arrived. But after that it took about 30 mins for our waitress to greet us and take our drink order. During this time multiple employees walked by us and did not offer us any type of acknowledgment. We were so frustrated I went to go ask the hostess if someone could take our order. She pointed out our waitress and said “just try to get her attention”. When our food arrived we didn’t have silverware, or napkins. My boyfriend asked for water, it never came. He asked the person who brought his food for ketchup and she blew him off. I had to go grab a ketchup bottle from an empty table next to us. The waitress got lost in the back for what seamed to be almost out whole stay, she was very ditsy, unprofessional and just not trained well at all! I try to give multiple chances before I’m done, but this restaurant and waitress really exhausted each one of

Today, I brought avocado eggrolls that were burnt, dry and bad batch of avocados. I waited almost thirty minutes with a combination bad customer service (manager included). Pretty good happy hour. Daily specials are pretty good too. Off happy hour, I feel like some items are way over priced. Good thing about chains is that you know what to expect if you visited one before. This location, on a Tuesday (Oct 2022) night, they seemed a little under-staffed, so service was spotty. Just have to waive them down.
