Nice enough atmosphere but for $17 I didn't think my chicken would be a little dry, my brown rice crunchy, and my asparagus not seasoned well. I will have to give this place another try sometime.
The food is great and staff are friendly. The ambiance is stylish and decor appropriate for a brewery restaurant. I feel it lacks a little in personalization of service and you do get the feeling that you’re a number.
Edited: Took review down to 1 star after response below. I shouldn't have to explain that I was on my very short lunch break and definitely should not have to drive back to BJs to speak to a manager. Ordered for curbside pickup. Order came out 12 minutes after my pickup time. Burger and fries are cold. Not even a touch warm. Cheeseburger with no cheese, no mayo and too pink for medium well as requested. I might try them again if I eat in. But for the burger I would rather have Drifters.
