Great experience at BJs. The bartender was on point, the beers were cold and the pizza was excellent
I came here a few years ago and everything was good. Tonight, I came with my girlfriend. I have a plethora of grievances regarding my experience at this establishment. 1. Our server didn't seem to understand that there is a difference between attentive, and annoying. He came to our table maybe ten times while we were eating. 2. The prices. They charge a ludicrous amount of money for very average dishes. A spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs was $18.95. Absolutely outrageous. 3. The food itself. Honestly, I am absolutely flabbergasted as to how they managed to mess up spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were falling apart, and had no flavor at all. The spaghetti was overcooked. The fries my girlfriend received with her sandwich were served at room temperature and got cold within minutes. I will not be returning to this restaurant, ever. An absolutely horrible experience. Service was outstanding. Food was mediocre at best. I thought I was at the Ale House the second I walked in. The food was identical to the Ale House too. Not sure why they are trying to compete when all they are is a copy of every ale house style sports bar around. Nothing unique to this concept.
