Excellent food and so much choices. Beautiful environment good service.
First time at a BJs ???? #actually Pretty standard for a chain bar/restaurant. The menu has something for everyone and the beer options are plenty! It was also very clean there and if you have a sweet tooth, they have a secret menu of pizza sized cookies (straight out of the oven) with a mound of ice cream!
My experience was as if I walked into the twilight zone. As I entered the greeter station 2 women were there and never greeted us since one women was talking to the other women and asked us to wait for 10 minutes and they would be with us and after 10 mins asked for our name, there was no one waiting to be seated. We stood there bewildered and thought why don't they just seat us. There was ample tables and I noticed other staff standing around chatting. We sat at our table and the server explained that he was not our server but would assist us? He then took our food order and then came back and said none of the specialty salads were available at this time and our choice was house salad or Caesar salad? Wait what, why didn't you tell us that before we made our choice, unacceptable!! Then I got up and went to the greeter station and asked if the manager could come to our table. We waited for 10 mins and the manager never arrived. I then walked over the the server who was at the compute
