BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Needs some quality assurance checks before sending to-go orders out the door. Ordered through grub hub and this is what I received. Dry nachos missing queso and no plastic ware for the rest of my food. I’m in a hotel from out of town so needed the plastic ware and napkins to eat.

Food was excellent! We had California Chicken Sandwich and a Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both sandwiches were delicious. Fresh ingredients on both. And they were both huge. The fries were shoe strings, hot and crispy. I also had a house salad. I was so impressed with the chilled bowl. Spring mix and Romaine lettuces with perfectly diced tomatoes and cucumbers topped with crispy seasoned croutons. Husband had several craft beers and I had a wonderful frozen strawberry margarita that was also fresh! No complaints here! Good job BJ's!

Service was so bad, I had to update this review. My previous visit to this same location was not spectacular, about 7 months ago, and is appended at the end of this review. Staff changes over time, gave this place another shot after visiting the Plano location and having awesome service. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE/LACKING and it wasn't any more crowded than the Plano experience-- it was less crowded actually as it was later in the evening. Never were our waters refilled, even after once telling my wife he'd bring water. Our guests had to remind him to bring their beers. My wife's burger was raw, she ate it anyway as she doesn't like the negative attention from staff when orders are wrong (she has not felt good at all since, stomach ache all day today). And my prime rib was rubbery and none of the knives on our table would cut it-- I had to use my pocket knife as I couldn't flag down our waiter. Before our entrees arrived, we waited a long time for our salads, then the entrees came! Where
