Ordered some food here at bite me BBQ and I was excited to try Kansas style BBQ. The customer service was phenomenal and was able to address any concerns or special request I had. I got the brisket plate with waffle fries and a sausage link for my sides. The waiter accomadated my fries by putting the powder sugar on the side and brought me several sauces to try. I had the spicy and extra spicy which weren't all that spicy to me. I have a high tolerance so that is to be noted. The sausage and fries were good however I had asked for moist brisket and it was pretty dry. Good but dry. Maybe I came at a wrong time.
This has got to be one of my top five BBQ places. I am from Texas and have had some good BBQ. Actually if you look on my pro I go everywhere. This place is awesome. I had the two meat combo with ribs (must try) and burnt ends another must try. Sides were cole slaw and waffle sweet potato fry’s. The cole slaw was pretty bland (my only complaint) but those sweet potato fry’s were the best! They have a regular and spicy bbq sauce. Both very good. You must ask and check out their pickle bar. This really made them even better. If your in town and don’t go here you missed out.
I GOT THEEEEE GREATEST, MOST MARINATED, MOST TENDER, MOIST AND SMOKY RIBS EVERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!! AND I'VE GOT THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THE WICHITA, KS AREA!!! I AM FROM OK, AND IT WAS QUITE A TASK FINDING GOOD FOOD AT SUCH SHORT NOTICE AND WE FOUND BITE ME BBQ!!! AND SO GLAD WE DID! WE HAD EVERY BIT OF TWENTY MINUTES LEFT UNTIL CLOSED AND THE SERVER SHOWED TOP NOTCH HOSPITALITY!!!!!! AND THE CHEF EVEN CAME OUT TO GREET US!!!! GREAT LARGE SERVINGS AND WONDERFUL MOUTHWATERING TASTE!!!!!!! 100 ⭐ s FOR ME!!!! As you can see from our photos we were very happy and satisfied ???? Kid-friendliness: Very kid/ family friendly!
