I added another star because the manager was professional and reached out to me to try to make things right. Very disappointed with the other staff. Yesterday evening around 6pm Drive thru lady with the green hair was very rude when I was ordering, she couldn’t hear me. I order combo and she asked me did I want the plate or platter, I only been there once so I ask her what’s the difference between the plate and the platter and she just could not comprehend me at all. I kept repeating myself so she could hear me & she kept yelling what?! What?! Really loud & rude to the point where I literally had to shout to the top of my lungs back just so she could hear me because when I spoke up in a normal voice she felt the need to yell at me with an attitude. Then a man took over and he heard me perfectly fine in my normal voice. He rung us up wrong we ordered beef and pork but he heard turkey. There was only 2 little slices of turkey. The fries were so Burnt that they were not edible. Our onion

Don’t be scared off by the “dive-like” appearance - the treasure is inside! We were greeted by the sweet aroma coming from the large, brick-oven smoker! We had the mouth-watering pork ribs and sampled the pork tips! Both were delicious! Highly recommend for authentic Kansas City BBQ!!

Decided to eat here after an arrowhead stadium tour. The restaurant did not seem busy which was to my benefit since I got my food quicker. I opted for the 2 meat combo (ribs/sausage) with beans and mac n cheese as sides. My only complaint about the meal is that the ribs were a little tough to get off the bone otherwise everything was excellent. I would definitely eat there again if my schedule allows it.
