Great restaurant with excellent good and great prices and an excellent staff Very attentive and they know what they are doing here It was my first time here and will be back here again all the food here was beyond delicious Some of the best chili I have ever eaten This was the first time I had Chile over rice with corn bread all were perfect To be honest it was better than I expected The peanut butter burger ---EXCELLENT CORN FRITTERS DELICIOUS ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE MENU

I visited yesterday afternoon for something to eat during a break from spending the last 3 days with a family member at a nearby hospital. I ordered an order of Buffalo wings because they came recommended on other reviews. They were “meh”, so maybe the cook was having an off day? On the plus side, I met and spoke with Vanessa who was bartending, who was a great storyteller and listened/allowed me to decompress about the family health issues. A friendly person who shared her own stories. The other + things were watching the baseball game in the air-conditioned bar, and the great music playlist. All in all, I would go back for the vibe, but order something else and give it another chance. ✌️

Big Nose Kate’s is such a nostalgic and rustic bar on the south shore of Staten Island. In fact it is one of the only places on the island where you not only get to experience the rustic feel of the old St. Luke’s church but it also serves the best baby Guiness shots on the island. In fact if you ever have the pleasure of visiting this gem on the south shore of Staten Island you need to without a doubt order the Baby Guiness shots from Maggie. You will not be disappointed. They also have phenomenal food. The wings are to die for and the burgers are probably the juiciest Ive ever had in my life. They have nightly events including a darts tournament on Thursday nights and bands every weekend. This is a must see spot on the island.
