Good portion size.. wings seem artificial you can tell by the price.. shrimp fettuccine is good need more shrimp in the pasta though only have four shrimp throughout my whole pasta dish... The bread they give you with the pasta is trash... But the garlic knots are very good,,.. spaghetti and meatballs.. it's pretty good,. The tiramisu dessert it's small for the price but taste really good.. out of 10.. I give Joe's a rating of 6.7 great presentation great customer service great speed of service.. but the wings need more work or need to be removed off the menu.. great Brooklyn style restaurant..

One of the best values! I had the combo dish (small amounts of 5 different pastas) for $10... Delicious!

This place is an awesome hidden gem! The menu is quite varied. Food is ready fairly quickly. There is plenty of seating. Drinks coke with free refills, and you can choose a reusable plastic or Styrofoam cup if you're dining in. The food is solid, and the prices are super cheap. It sometimes gets warm in summer, but they turn on big fans to help out. I am a huge fan of little Italian food restaurants, and I liked this authentic NY place so much that I can back twice in one week! Highly recommend.
