Big Jack's

The Italian Beef is good when lightly dipped. Customer service however is dry and extremely uninviting! I tried ordering over the phone and the employee was extremely condescending and rude. After being told to “hold on” immediately after calling, this employee finally proceeds to take my order… I ordered, his response was, “that’s it?”. I asked if fries came with it… He said “no…”. “Can you add fries to that?”… “that’s it?” Yes! Then he asked, Name? I answered, TJ. He then asked again but made sure to slow down his speech as if I didn’t understand him the first time he asked. Apparently my name wasn’t good enough so at this point, I cancel my order and let him know that’ll I’ll order elsewhere. You can’t only rely on “pretty good” food. Your customer service can turn a pretty good dish into a great experience. It wouldn’t hurt to train your employees on how to properly serve all customers. This isn’t the first incident but will definitely be the last.

Small place but really good food. Love the fries. Had the Italian ice (raspberry) was very good.

Coming to Big Jack's for lunch or dinner is always a good time. They have lots of good options. Their menu is extensive and you can't go wrong with anything. I enjoy their burgers and beef. They have great natural cut fries that when you add cheese to are just amazing. Beef and sausage is also great for when I am really hungry. On the lighter side I wish with their hot dogs. Service here is always great. You can even order online and pickup. Whenever I don't know what to eat, the wife is always down to eat at Big Jack's
