The food is not nearly good enough to put up with the worst customer service I've had in quite a while. This is the first and last time I visit this establishment. I read some of the terrible reviews about the service and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, well they lived up to the reviews and then some. I ordered hot and sour soup from a lady who was counting money and talking with her coworker clearly not paying attention to me. when they brought my order out it was egg drop. Who I assume was the owner turned to me and said loudly with her hand out " 2.50". I said I ordered h&a soup and she said "yeah yeah yeah I heard egg drop, 2.50!". I reluctantly paid and got my correct order and walked out. I put my food in the car and decided that I was gonna complain. I walked back in and she said very loudly "I heard egg drop". I explained to her that just because she heard something does not mean I am wrong. Again all she responds with is "yeah yeah yeah I heard egg drop" I g

Literally I will never come back here.. I admit the the food is great. HORRIBLE!! customer service well it got worse.. when I spend money as a customer and you deny me condiments. I told the older lady at the desk.. " you know what just cancel my order" said have a great day and walked out. To me being in sales and I work for a 5star company personally is what probably helps me make this decision and easily because everyone that walks through that door deserves to be treated with the best service when you purchase and support a local small business.. Biggest thing that gets me I said I would pay for it … it’s being denied as a customer at this point. ✌????

First visit and it was a home run for us. Now our favorite Chinese food joint. Our old favorite spot sold and never got food back to our liking. Been a while trying to find good egg foo young and pork fried rice. Had garlic chicken and hot sour soup which were also awesome.
