Big G's Pizza & Grille

Beware!!! My husband and I have been dining here for approximately 20 years. We were customers when it was Westshore Pizza, and continued to dine when it changed to Big "G"s Pizza. We always enjoyed the food and service, but it has changed drastically. We dined there today, and upon receiving our order we noticed my husband had not received his blue cheese. The server looked with us and we still could not find his blue cheese where it would normally be placed with the wing box. The server went to get his blue cheese, and they acted as if we were hiding the blue cheese to get an extra, but that was not the case. We never received it. The server brought it back and told us what she went through to get the blue cheese. The service stinks, the quality of food has gone way down hill. They skimp on ingredients. And now they will close shop if they miss one small container of blue cheese. Needless to say we were so turned off by this visit we will never be back. Support local???? Not here. I

Never order a calzone, I paid $22 for bread. This place has gone down hill since the change from Westshore pizza. Their signature steak sandwich is nowhere near as good as it used to be. I used to go once a week for lunch but will not ever go back.

Suppose to have gotten a 12 inch Italian grinder got the sandwich and no way is it 12 inches and it was burnt. Also I didn't order a salad but that what was on top of the grinder...can't believe we waited longer than the 15 minutes they said it would be for burnt bread and an unwanted salad...smh...never again! After posting this review I received the reply, from the owner, down below asking for me to call and so I did only to be told that no one from the store made the reply that it must've been auto response...funny thing is the reply was done so a week ago mean while the post is 3 months old????
