Great service. It was our first time. The staff helped us with our order. The food was great! We got the family pack for $29.99, brought some home. Restaurant gets busy. Clean and inviting. Gluten-free menu, prompting healthy eating similar concept as Chipotle, First Watch, etc. Kids approved so I guess its a four star. ????
I love Bibibop. It is one of the very few healthy options and affordable. Workers at this location were very kind! Proud of these latinos making a difference! It was a nice environment. Also very clean. The only thing I would BEG Bibibop is to replace plastic forks for compostable ones, please!!! (That is why my 4 stars, otherwise would be 5, but also depending on the location, some workers do a better job than others).
Food is good but curbside and online order pick up are not available. Doesn’t matter how many times you called, no one answered. Not silverware and napkins. Very poor service.
