BIBIBOP Asian Grill

I’m not a complainer, just simply stating work on the customer service and making people feel welcomed. We under being busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in just a second” goes a long way! I’ve visited this location every week for the past 2 months. Today was just awkward. I stood in line by myself for about 2 minutes. No acknowledgment no welcome in nothing. No one was in line ahead of me. No one was behind me. It was literally just me standing there. There was a lady refilling things (Carmen) but she never said a word. Then finally someone who appeared to be cooking came up to her and whispered something and then she decided to assist me with my order.

Super healthy options, colorful fresh ingredients, fun clean environment, friendly staff, extremely fast service, convenient location. Get the purple rice. It's loaded with antioxidants. Everything is delicious, especially the yum yum sauce, and even the kale. I'd describe it as a Korean Chipotle. Includes free soup too.

Food was inedible after staff member drenched my bowl In Teriyaki ginger sauce - I looked at her after she did it and she just said woops it comes out pretty quick, I literally had a lake of sauce on top and had to spoon out as much as I could but the sauce just made it almost soup. Not cool! She didn’t even bother to replace it! Let patrons have control of sauce portions instead - we are not children. In addition my son who had never been there was not even given an Option for no sauce, she just drenched his food in yum yum sauce and she said well it’s everyone’s favorite sauce - he didn’t even ask for it! And he couldn’t eat almost the entire top portion as I threw it away. So disappointing and a waste of our money! Kid-friendliness: My kids food (2 bowls) was ruined by the staffs heavy handness with the sauce. They didn’t eat anything on to and I had to scrape the entire top part of the bowl Out cause it was drenched in sauce. The staff won’t let you control how much sauce you use
