I had an acai bowl here and it wasn't great. The fruit quality was just OK and it seemed slopped together. The acai was overly frozen and should be warmed up to more of a sorbet not ice cube. Generally ingredients are spread out across the top rather than in lumps like here. One spot with PB one spot with strawberry one spot with banana. I recommend layering the fruits and toppings over a less frozen acai.
Their quality has seemed to go down hill over the past year or so. A couple weeks ago we had to issue a refund because they filled the smoothie cup only 2/3 of the way. And it’s already a small cup compared to other places like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and a lot more expensive. I ordered this wrap (pictured) and it’s a mess. Certainly not worth the high price tag.
I’ve been coming here a long time and I was very surprised by my experience. The manager was very rude. I was made feel like a total pain in the butt because the raw green drink that I get regularly looked pink and didn’t taste right. So I asked if they could please make it again. Sadly, it tasted terrible (very bitter) after the manager made it a second time. I would have just thrown it away. So I asked for a refund but was denied. I was told there’s nothing wrong with the drink. Sadly, I really loved how they made my drink up until today. The staff has always been super friendly. I will not be coming back. :(
