While the food was decent at best, the service is an utter disaster. We ordered food but then only received 2/3 of what we ordered. Keep in mind we payed full price. Then when we called back to ask for it, they said “you weren’t charged for it” even though we payed the full price and didn’t get anything back. They then hung up and when we called back they kept saying we weren’t charged for it
I usually never have a problem because I love the food but last night I ordered lemon pepper wings and opened up the bag to see dry plain wings and the person who answered the phone was rude.
Was told it would take 15 minutes for a slice at lunchrime. (There was none ready at noon) it took 45 minutes to come out making me an hour late returning to work. Pizza wasn't bad, but nothing worth writing home about either.
