I usually don’t do reviews but this place definitely deserves a review. We started eating and then said you know what, let’s do a review with a picture. This is our second visit. Let me do a guided review, you place your order with the cashier, they will explain everything to you, go to your table and wait for the delicious meal. Don’t be afraid of ordering something spicy as it is not hot rather than some spices to enhance flavors. I can’t describe how tasty their food is. Whatever you order, is served on tray with a flat bread called injera. And they also give you extra injera to eat your food with.REAL homemade food. You can feel the love. You must try a combo of meat and veggies. It’s a family restaurant. Not a big chain that do freeze and reheat. Fresh and yummy. My kids LOVED it. Staff is super friendly and the lady chef came to our table for a little chat and making sure everything is perfect. Trying to think of something wrong or not good but cannot. This was our first time trying Ethiopian cuisine and it was a delicious experience. The food is made to order and it's full of flavor. It also has a very homemade and authentic feel to it. It was like nothing we've ever tried before. The family that runs the place is super kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

After visiting Beteseb for the first time tonight, it was easy to see why they have basically a perfect five star rating. The food was great (we had the veggie combo and doro wat). I'm sure other people can comment more on the food, all I know is that everything was fresh and delicious. There was so much food and it was easy to hop around all the delicious flavors going on. More importantly though, the staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. They were so kind. They would indulge every question and make you feel right at home. That's something that cannot be faked. I'd return for the great food, but the people running it make me want to come back regularly just to hang out and to support such good people that clearly love what they do.
