Besos Mexican Kitchen & Cantina

I heard great things about this place so I had high expectations. Service was wonderful from the second we walked in to the second we left. My cocktail was nicely made and the flavor was amazing. My food, not good. I had the vegan wings and shrimp tacos. Vegan wings were soggy and the shrimp tasted like a tire-rubbery, and very dry with no flavor. They were extremely overcooked accompanied by about 10 tiny pieces of vegetables.

Pleasantly surprised and glad we went local for dinner. I got the carne asada and it was spot on! Hats off to the chef for cooking it to perfection. Biryani brought back memories of my childhood and the naan quesadilla was so different and yum! Thanks for a great first dining experience. Don't pass on this spot, you won't be disappointed in the eclectic Latin flair of Indian cuisine.

The staff was friendly. Everything seemed a bit rushed and slow at the same time, probably because it was their opening week. Not sure that everyone is on the same page, didn't seem super organized. Would only recommend if you like taco bell style tacos. We got the $1 tacos for Taco Tuesday. Maybe the regular ones are different? Good amount of food for the price though. Also, the overall Google rating of this restaurant is based off the old restaurant that used to be here. So the taco place seems to have a much higher rating than what is true.
