Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Restaurant was clean, service was poor. We arrived at a time that was not overly busy. It was well staffed. Drinks came quick, then we sat and waited….and waited and waited more. We had our son with us who ordered spaghetti and meatballs. His meal came last and was cold. All of our food was cold and undercooked. They comped us 10$ but we won’t return.

Worst experience I ever had in my entire life. My little girl wanted to eat here so we decided to wait an hour wait just to be seated. After we was seated the waitress never came by our table to take our orders or drinks. After about half an hour pass I had to ask the manager if she could at least give us water. After the water was served we continue to wait for the waitress to take our order. Another half hour pass and I had to pull a waitress over and asked her if anyone was going to take our order. She was shocked that no one came to our table. Literally took our order 2 hours have passed and we still haven’t gotten our food. We entered the restaurant around 6:30pm/6:45pm. And it was 8:50 when I gotten up and asked to speak to manager because our food never came to the table. Manager was nice and apologized for the entire experience and bill was in the house. By the time our food came to the table it was 9:13pm I asked to take it to go because at this point I wasn’t even hungry any

This place is just fun. I love being able to watch the kitchen. It gives you something to do when you're waiting for your food. And since they prepare everything fresh here, you know that it's gonna take a few minutes. So I enjoy watching them. The bathroom is older, but clean and smells good. The food was awesome. I think that chicken piccata is excellent. They're broccoli chicken pizza is so tasty. And they have the best bread this side of the Mississippi! Lexi, our waitress, was phenomenal. She might be the best waitress that we've had in the last year in the restaurant. You hopefully, Pride yourself in having this woman because she is phenomenal. She treated my kids amazing and that to me is huge and she was so sweet and so attentive. We'll be back soon enough. Thank you Bertucci's.
