Ordered food through doordash and recieved 1 out 4 items without any phone call or notice from the restuarant. The Dasher let me know when she delivered the food that she asked if they called me and told me the items were missing and they said they did, which is a lie. It kept the dasher from calling me herself to let me know. If i was missing that many items why would i keep my order? I'm so upset because had they called i wouldn't have to now run out and find something else for my family to eat.
Well the staff was nice and loved the scenery. Called placed my order and went in to pay for the Cajun Fried Shrimp. I was told to wait outside for the curbside pickup. Received my meal in a timely manner but the bill was $21.79 for small 8 pieces of shrimp and lots of fries! They even charged me a $3.06 tip! It was tasty but not worth the money....They really need to check out the competition and redo their menu and pricing.
Highly disappointed! The Zino sauce is sweet which tastes strange with seafood. Its more of a rib sauce! No crab cutters so literally used my teeth. The waitress said ppl stole them all. Like really? No paper towels in the bathroom, no tissue holders either. They literally had 3 beers in the building and out of other common alcoholic beverages. They only had one chef so the wait time was extra long. The waitress literally said our order shut down. The kitchen lol. It was 2 adults and 2 kids that didn't even order seafood so not sure why they couldn't handle 2 orders. Spent over $200 here and was the worst experience ever. Not to mention none of the staff wore masks. Just over not a good place to eat. The kids didn't even like their chicken tenders, smh, thats very hard to mess up!
