Bento & Noodles Eastlake

Came to eat here with my family just to be given the worst service. For one the restaurant was EMPTY. We ordered our food and some of our food took over 45 mins to be served. We kept being told “ a couple of more minutes” we finally all finished eating the small amount of food that was given to us but we were ready to leave. NO ONE checked in on us. The food being brought out late isn’t the servers fault but upon asking him to speak to a manager. THE MANAGER rejected that, as I said it was empty. Then we were told we still have to pay for the food that still hadn’t come out because we were tired of waiting. After paying what we DID eat they brought out the rest of the food but we were already at the front door, they noticed we were leaving when I tell you they did the most dramatic take back ever, good to know they threw perfectly good food away to make there petty point. Very friendly host and great service. The food is very good and they offer specials throughout the week. We went for lunch and had some Ramen and Chasiu with a soft boiled egg. All good stuff to choose from.

Sushi was delicious. Had the curry ramen as a first time to ramen (My review is my personal thought for it.) Flavor not great everything was muddled and tasted the same no flavors stuck out. noodles were bunch together and thick. Kids bento box the chicken was a little too chard for my kids taste but it was teriyaki it tasted good. The service was fast, but made a off handed comment of why someone ordered a kids meal. Forgot the extra shrimp inside the ramen and brought it out on a small platter and dropped it into the ramen herself.
