Benny's Tacos & Rotisserie Chicken in Santa Monica

solid lunch spot! the food was pretty good and service was really friendly! also great portions and value rotisserie chicken: such great value and a solid chicken. garlic sauce was nice and fries were fried perfectly. also enjoyed the flour tortilla it came with chipotle chicken taco: shredded chicken with chipotle sauce that was really juicy and stuffed with meat. chips were solid and also really liked the spice of the salsa churros: one of the better churros i’ve had. filled with condensed milk, you can’t go wrong

My must stop whenever I visit santa Monica! I visited a few ???? other places in the area, but by far this place is the best!! I love their fried fish, shrimps, and rotisserie chicken ???? - but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything. ???? The customer service is great despite that they are always super busy. The only downside of eating in is that there’s no bathroom (I wanted to wash my hands).

Benny’s is constantly in my rotation for tacos and burritos. As you can see, the portions are huge, but what’s holding it back is the pricing. There are tons of Mexican restaurants in the area that are far cheaper and offer a similar experience. Today I got the Macho Wet Burrito with Chipotle chicken and verde sauce. It came with rice, beans, chips and sides of guac, roja and verde sauce. The burrito was was stuffed and tasted great. The rice was also amazing, I think they cook it with some type of shrimp broth. The entire meal was massive and lasted me two meals. You should definitely try Bennys if you are driving down Wilshire or live in the area. Like I mentioned earlier, I wish it was cheaper, but that won’t stop me from coming back every once and awhile.
