Service was bad . Had a reservation fir 8 didnt get sat till about 9:12. Soup and salad came before drinks. Our rice was burnt and crispy. We watched out chef put a whole bottle of soy in our rice. My fiance got the calamari scallops and shrimp.... all burnt as well. Our chef dropped a ton of food straight on the ground and left out food to burn while running back to the kitchen for forgotten stuff. ... inclyding my steak. Since he forgot my steak instead of being medium was rare :/ Our friend sitting next to us got lobster and it was burnt as well. We ordered 2 shots of greygoose and it took over 20 mins for it. We were super excited but this is just not a good location. A manager comped us 15$ on a 130$ meal. Thats j not good enough. Our sherbet cane w a piece of lettuce in it.... not to mention our milkshake came out as a blob

I regret not going to the Troy location. I ordered my food with the waiter and confirmed my order with her. When the chef came out he confirmed the guests' orders and seemed confused about everything. I let him know I had 2 chicken fried rice because he only had one rice for me on his slips and he argued with me about it. The waitress was cashing out table and when she completed, the rice was finished, and I told her that the chef only had one on his slip. She let him know I had ordered 2. The chef continued to say things like I only paid for one. As if I cashed out already. I just really hated that interaction. What happened to the customer is right. And on top of that The chef burnt my shrimp. I didn’t eat my meal at the restaurant. I just attempted to eat some but it’s burnt.

We had gone as a date night for the hibachi table. Called and reserved for 8 and arrived 10 mins early only to be told that seating is not until 8:15. We were seated and drinks ordered. They arrived promptly. However by 9:10 the chief had not come out to our table. Place smelled bad. Services was not good. Sushi Appetiser were disgusting. There was a straight dollop of regular mayonnaise on top of the sushi. Wasted a date night and gave a bad taste in the mouth. Will not be going again can’t believe people come here to celebrate.
