Customer Service is everything, clearly they dont have that. Managers will not address customers with large parties and wont even help the waitresses when there is a need. I called ahead for a party when I arrived still had to wait 2 hours before I was address by a nice waitress. She explained she is new and she apologized for the long wait. Still no manager after requested several times. I will never bring money to this place again.

Good prices on drinks, staff is ok.. more social than attentive to orders (even when it's pretty slow). The food is decent , but nothing to write home about. Pool hall is good but really needs new cues as 90% of them have a defect. Fun place but not my first choice in local bars.

You have to go to the bar to place a to go order. Normally this is understandable but their bar still allows smoking so you leave smelling like an ash tray. That alone is why I don’t visit this restaurant too often. We were looking for something different so we decided to deal with the smoke and grab some food to go. We walked in at 3:45 on a Saturday. There were two tables occupied and a few people at the bar. The lady took our to go order and then came back and told us it would be 40 minutes before they could START making food. It’s a restaurant….their entire purpose is food. What is everyone in the back doing if not making food? Had she told us it would be 40 minutes to get our food, that would have been fine. Forty minutes before they can even start cooking food is ridiculous. We took our business elsewhere.
