Bellini's Counter

First of all are employees supposed to wear name tags? Because no one is wearing them. I have just finished entering this Bellinis and I will say the employees there were very unapproachable. Felt rushed/not listened to as a customer when ordering! The quality of this place has gone downhill! Don’t bother coming to this location! I hope the other locations are actually better than this.

I originally had a 5 star review for this location, as it was cheap and the staff was very friendly. Today I returned and was spoken to very rudely when I had a question about the process of ordering (I didn't see the sign for the dressing options). I felt uncomfortable eating there and felt unwelcome. I believe it was only the manager that was being rude and the girls that were also there were trying their best to be positive. I feel sorry for them, as it seems like a negative space to work in. The food was decent, except for the temperature being cold. A bit disappointed.

This is a great alternative to chipotle. It works the same way but with pasta and sauce instead of rice and beans. Quite a creative idea and the taste is quite good as well. I wish the workers were a bit more generous. The portions are good, but they will not give you extra of anything you ask. I asked for extra roasted broccoli; I received on additional one. Same thing happened when I asked for extra vegetables, and my friend got charged for extra sauce. But overall, I'd definitely suggest you try it out.
