I just love their food. However, I'm changing my rating. I come here once a week and I always order the same thing. However, I always noticed that the same staff always laughing at me every time I come here. "The particular location on New Scotland Ave" No business should make a customer nor laugh at a customer at what they order. Make it make sense. I'll choose to go to the other locations
I can't say enough about the customer service I received this evening! Erin was A+ & made this a 5 star experience! She listened to me and took such extra care for my food allergy. The food was great, however, I will definitely spread the word about this new found eatery because of the customer service! Thank you!
Don't waste your time here. Apparently they don't care about the quality of there food when it goes out the door. We ordered there signature dish the Fredo and it had no fredo sauce. Just pesto and alot of greesy oil. The bread sticks were the size of a pretzel and almost as hard. The Stuyvesant plaza store is much better.
