Pizza used to be good but has been lousy the last 2 or 3 times. The employees are nice and pretty helpful, dining room is nice and clean but small and intimate. We haven't tried the main dishes yet but don't know if we will. I've used to work in many restaurants before and I come from NYC so I have a very good idea what tastes good. Sauce and the dough need to be changed/upgraded.
Order was not the best at first but it was due to person answering the phone and miss communication. I spoke to manager and he went ABOVE and beyond to, give me a credit for next time, and also deliver new food to my house on his way home. Not only was he professional and understanding, but he was really nice and generous too. I will definitely be going back there again! Thank you!!
My whole family got food poisoning from the pizza last night, and they wont even give a refund. I have most of the food still and they told me if i bring in the food they'll give me a partial credit. Why would i buy food from them ever again?ive asked to speak to the owner Jeff, they have no idea when he will be in. This establishment is a scam. Calling the local news, district attonrey as well as filing a case againt them with the better business bureau.
