I have never been here before and got a pint of roast pork lo mein. I didn't get a quart or an egg roll because the prices were a little high, however the food that I got was very well made and delicious. I am now wondering how their egg rolls are and will come back to try.
Horrible customer service! Blamed Door Dash for THEIR mistake and hung up the phone on me! They gave our order to the wrong Door Dash driver and tried to blame DD for not delivering it to us. Our driver was there to pick up the order but was told someone else took it. All we wanted was for them to remake the order and give it to the CORRECT driver. But they made us go through DD. We JUST wanted our food
I found the food good but they are not a very friendly or nice. My wife only wanted beef lomein and they said that she had to have rice with it and then charged her extra for the rice. They also said if you spend X amount of money you would get Y for free. And the more you spend the more you get. We spent a lot and got nothing extra. When we called them on this we were told that we had to state it when ordering and we could not get it after we picked up our order
