I ordered pizzas to go frozen to bring back with me! My greedy butt also got 2 slices to go one regular the other deep-dish. I have taken a flight JUST to get this pizza....please bring Beggars to The Mall Of America
The pizza the last few times has been lack luster. They still pile it on thick however the sauce is bland and the crust is like cardboard. Gonna have to stop going to this location. Back to Lansing or Stony Island where the sauce and the slice is still consistent. Updated review: I really appreciate the business response. I have been a loyal customer to this location since the early 2000s. I will definitely speak to any issues directly as I want to continue to support this location. Please note that the sauce has less flavor so maybe offering an extra seasoning option because I tried extra sauce and it wasn't better and I also asked for extra thin crust on the last order but it came out with regular crust. Cheese and sausage was still the same great quality.
I decided to order my pizza this past Saturday 9:24/22 from the original location because all the other franchised locations have been burning my pizza I was very dissatisfied as with other locations the original location burnt my family size sausage and cheese as well I hope this is not the new way of cooking the pizza is so please let a customer know this so the customer will not waste their money on a burnt pizza. Can we go Back to allowing the counter staff to show the pizza to the customer before payment
