Beef 'O' Brady's

Came here with my in-laws, seems like a decent place to grab a beer, some wings, and watch a game. TVs all over, and pretty much at every table. The service was insanely slow - from my understanding, our waitress was also the hostess and the bartender, and later one other waitress joined her. I can't totally fault them I guess, it's hard out there these days for the service industry, and everyone's short-staffed. We got some wings, they were supposed to be spicy but weren't at all, but otherwise they were good. I got the grilled shrimp, which were good, but the rice was undercooked and oversalted. My and my kids' broccoli sides were in a pond of melted butter - delicious, but kinda defeats the purpose of a "healthy" side ????. Otherwise, it was fine. Not great, not terrible.

Two weeks ago we went there. The server had no clue about the television ads for 2 entrees and appetizers for 25$. I asked for water and it tasted like it came from a swamp. Food was overcooked. Called today and asked to speak to the manager. She said they don’t offer that special but if we asked we could have it. I asked if the water had been fixed. She didn’t know it was bad. I asked if she’d tasted it recently and the answer was no. We won’t be going back

I had the blackened chicken, but it didn't taste blackened at all, nor did it even look blackened (see picture) and it was extremely bland. The mozzarella sticks were mostly breading and barely any cheese inside. We had the worst seat at this place because it was in the front and since this establishment allows smoking right outside the door, there were people smoking, this allowed the cigarette smell to come right to our table every time the door would open. The server was nice, but made some rookie mistakes (ie, taking forever to bring me a side plate, putting everything right in front of our 1 year to grab, and charging extra for a side salad without informing us).
