Bearno's Pizza of Middletown

The food is good but recently placed a DoorDash order and only got half of it. The restaurant promised they gave it all to our dasher but they didnt. Our dasher even went back to get the rest and they would not give us what we paid for. Not sure what we could have done differently to get the full $50 meal we paid for. ????????‍♀️

I am a pizza guy. We tried Bearno’s for the first time this month mainly because of the lack of good pizza joints in Eastwood. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Mama Bearno’s. The ingredients I’ll give 5-star rating. Plenty of sausage, pepperoni, diced onion, green peppers and black/green olives. The mozzarella was savory and of good quality. The sauce was adequate quantity maybe a tad more given a heaping of toppings. Oven time was very good with browned mozzarella and bottom crust. The problem is the crust. In my opinion it is equivalent to frozen pizza crust. It may be delivered frozen to the store by corporate because it has tiny pin holes all over it. Plus the crust is a bit thick. This knocks the overall rating down to a 2-star. If you are looking for good hand tossed pizza, this ain’t it. If you want a saltine cracker crust loaded with toppings this is your pie!
