Beach Pit BBQ

Do not patronize this place. Not only did not give me my full order but made substitutions that I would not have wanted. Instead of canceling my order, they packaged what they had and came up quite short from the order I placed and paid for. I called immediately and was told they would replace one portion of my order which was the 3 meat plate, but now they won’t replace or fulfill my order and a refund is not an option according to their staff now. No one can be reached yet someone was called and told them not to replace anything or refund my money. The quality of the food was not on par as well and not worth the money I paid. Horrible customer service and they will need to refund my money wether through chow now or my bank.

Literally THE BEST BBQ around! Do not hesitate to stop in and get the redneck fries! Incredible food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service! That’s a triple whammy!!
