Beach Diner Mandarin

I love Beach Diner located on San Jose. Great food and services. Coffee always fresh, food out to you hot, simple menu with good portions. Friendly service that's attentive. It feels like a joint that you want to hangout and chill. Only downside is can't smoke outside of which I enjoy my cigar with coffee.

Great service and amazing food. Reminded me of the great breakfast joints in Michigan where I used to live. That quality is really hard to find in Northern Florida. This place is underrated for what you get. Loved it and will be back.

My husband and I were looking for a quick but good breakfast spot. We stumbled upon the Beach Diner in Mandarin. Based on the time we got there, there was a wait. However, it moved quickly, and we had the option to sit inside or outside. The outside tables seemed a bit close for my taste, but it could be enjoyable as long as you don’t mind. We opted for inside seating, and once inside, there are various spaces throughout the restaurant for seating. At first glance, it looks like they expanded the place, which gave the area an odd shape. The décor was a nautical/hodgepodge base, but nothing too challenging to enjoy. Our orders were taken quickly, and our food was brought out in a very timely fashion. The food wasn’t bad, and the price was reasonable.
