Had the original fried chicken. It was very dry and lacked any seasoning. Some of it was so over cooked that it was not edible. If this was my first experience with Korean fried chicken, I would be very reluctant to try again.
It's not the BBQ chicken we used to know. Quality has taken a huge dive. Pieces of chicken are so small and dry now and the cost has skyrocketed to insanely expensive. I definitely won't recommend going there anymore.
My friends were satisfied with the chicken, which I didn't have. I went for the tteokbokki, which wasn't bad for a chicken joint. I thought customer service was great and the restaurant was clean.
