Never open when there hours actually State, Slow at orders (when they actually go through), Need to fix there settings for ordering online as there menu rotates but they never adjust changes to their delivery service menus so orders get cancelled out of no where. Google says open till 8, but they closed at 7. Food and service was good the first time and been down hill since...

WOW????????.. We wanted to come out and try the food here at this establishment! We noticed on the internet that they open @ 11am...Even though we were hungry...we waited for 3 hrs to go here & pick up some food. Arrived at 11:30 to the doors being locked and no one inside, came back at noon..to the door still locked then we were greeted at the door buy a young lady with an attitude & hair bonnet on stating "I just got here so it's going to be a while, y'all can wait if y'all want to..but it's up to y'all!! SO WE WALKED AWAY. How upsetting it is to have an establishment of my own kind..want to support them & they can't even open up on time.

I was really excited to try this place seeing that it was black owned but I refuse to spend my money where the customer service is bad. I called to ask the price of gangster fries and I guess I was wrong for asking all 3 prices cause the lady bay bay child hung up in my face. So I spent my money at the mini pac on Maryland. They essentially have the same food but the customer service and hospitality is way better then Miss bay bays.
