Barrio Tremont

The waiter we had was very rude and didn’t seem like he liked his job or life the food we had was just not seasoned and didn’t have any flavor and we came for the happy hour so we got the pitcher of the house margarita which was just so sour I winced everytime I took a sip and we let the waiter know and all he said was “ok well there is liquor in there and I can’t do anything else for you”. It was just all a big let down a big disappointment I wouldn’t recommend coming here again I know I’m not coming back here again.

People talk a big game about these tacos. I am not from Cleveland area. I wasn’t sure if this was a Cleveland thing or Midwest thing. Many promises were made. I’m not a taco connoisseur. These are certainly the best tacos I ever had. I have been at Tremont and the Lakewood Locations 4 times. On a second visit I remember thinking the shrimp or fish of the day tacos could not be as good as other fish tacos I had enjoyed before. I was wrong about that as well. The fish tacos were also incredible. Best fish tacos I ever had. Build your own tacos. I would recommend the stoner tortilla shell, chorizo, and barrio secret sauce rated 4 peppers but is not really hot. Pineapple salsa and different crema are great. Their guacamole is also incredible. They have one with balsamic reduction and pine nuts. I can’t wait to my next return.
