Best Italian food around. Consistent. Great atmosphere. Polite servers. Amazing selection of beer and wine. Extra bonus points for being open late. Ask for bread if they don’t bring it. They’ll bring the oil and parm.

I give 2 stars bc the pizza was ok but the customer service was 1 star. Im new to the neighborhood and Ive been looking for a good pizza joint. A friend had recommended barracos on 111th but when I called to order a pizza the girl sounded like she was having a terrible day, she gave me my total, didn’t say Thankyou, just hung up on me and didn’t even give me a time for pickup. I assumed about 45 minutes is typical wait for a pizza so I did call back at 45 minutes and I did kindly let the girl know I wasn’t given a time for pick up and I just wanted to know if it was ready so I can leave, she said yea it’s ready, I replied with great Thankyou, and again just got hung up on. Customer service goes a long way and even tho this place is so close to me, I’d rather get my pizza from else where.
