We won’t be going to this establishment anymore! We got under cooked chicken that sent me straight to the rest room. Stomach was hurting before I left this place. When asking about the service charge on our check, we were told it’s for gratuity. We always tip when it’s good service. But we didn’t get that. We talked to the manager and she was rude as ever! Most managers try to make the customers feel better by having an unpleasant experience but not this one. She was rude, didn’t apologize for the misunderstanding and caught an attitude for no reason. Something that that could’ve been swept under the rug is now getting shared all over social media. Which could’ve been resolved with a simple explanation and apology. And now the owner is complaining that we didn’t reach out to him first. This is what the review sections are for. And it’s also called freedom of speech. He chose to complain on his social media about our complaint but didn’t come to us first either. Sounds pretty contradic

My party and I just left the establishment. My reservation was at 8 p.m. and they sat us right away. The place was not packed which I loved. The music gave us great vibes. My only complaint was the macaroni. I had the Bourbon Salmon, macaroni and cheese and asparagus. It was not seasoned and tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan. I replaced it with the mashed potatoes. Besides that hiccup, our service was phenomenal. Our drinks were strong and the Hookah was on point too. Good times.

Worst Experience!!....We were a party of 6 WITH a noon reservation...waited an hour and a half for only 3 of us to get our food. The waitress told us that the manager had to go buy some stuff so our orders could be cooked instead of just saying they didn't have it!!..Needless to say....we still didn't get our food!!...So we went to Kiki's which was a block away..got sat with in 20 mins and received our food within 20 mins after being seated with GREAT SERVICE!!
